Before You Arrive

Check-in times start at 1pm. Check out times end at 1pm. Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, a fee will be applied per pet.

Vaccination Requirements: All services require valid documentation of the following vaccinations administered by a licensed veterinarian and must be submitted 2 days prior to reservation.

Dogs:

  • Rabies

  • Canine Distemper

  • Canine Influenza

  • Bordetella

  • Negative Stool Check (within the last 12 months)

Cats:

  • Rabies

  • Feline Distemper

Deposit/ Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required at time of reservation. Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for refundable deposit.

If you cancel within 24 hours of appointment, deposit is non-refundable.
