Before You Arrive

Check-in times are Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 5:45 pm and on the weekends from 1 pm to 3:45 pm. Check-out times are everyday from 8 am to 1 pm. Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, a $25 fee will be applied per pet.

Vaccination Requirements: All services require valid documentation of the following vaccinations administered by a licensed veterinarian and must be submitted 2 days prior to reservation.

  • Canine Distemper (Lepto or No Lepto)

  • Flu

  • Rabies

  • Bordetella

  • Negative Stool Check (within last 12 months)

Cats:

  • Distemper

  • Rabies

Deposit/ Cancellation Policy

Deposit $25 at time of reservation. Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for refundable deposit.

If you cancel within 24 hours of appointment, deposit is non-refundable.
